Mr Ahuja has more than 25 years of experience in the global IT industry and carries specific expertise in outsourcing and offshore development. Prior to starting Proactive Mr Ahuja was President of a NASDAQ listed company in India. In his career he has managed large teams and serviced various domestic and international clients. Apart from his experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development and Alliance & Client Relationship Management he has to his credit setting–up of a software development unit from inception till implementation for a large software & ITES Organization. Mr Ahuja has exposure to International practices and has been involved in creating and stabilizing systems & processes for various Proactive's Clients.
Mr Ahuja is the face of Proactive and draws on all his experience to provide innovative solutions basis the specific needs of our clients.
Mayur Batra
Mr Batra is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is the Managing Partner of Mayur Batra & Co.. The company is involved in providing services in the field of accounting, auditing and taxation and has many large domestic as well as Japanese clients. Mr Batra brings to the table his domain knowledge in the field of finance and law which gives us an edge in servicing clients in BFSI space.
N.P. Sahni
Mr Sahni is an Advocate & Legal advisor in business laws as well as a Tax Consultant. Mr. Sahni has vast experience, expertise and rapport in the field of International Taxation, Tax Laws, Exchange Control Regulation and Mercantile Laws. Mr Sahni is a former senior bureaucrat and has held important portfolios such as Vice Chairman Income Tax, Director General of Income Tax (Investigation), Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Joint Secretary (Foreign Tax Division) and has provided useful inputs in Tax Policy and Legislation (Annual Finance Bills) under Ministry Of Finance.
